WWA0101 WA CSGP Permit Overview

Construction activity that disturbs an acre or more, or is part of a larger common plan of development, is required to apply for a Construction Stormwater General Permit. The permit is effective Jan 1, 2026 and expires Dec 31, 2030. This permit overview provides discussion on all the major requirements of the permit but is not a certification program for a Certified Erosion and Sediment Control or Stormwater Quality Inspector (Inspector).
