WMT0101 MPDES MTR100000 Permit Overview

Construction activity that disturbs an acre or more, or is part of a larger common plan of development, is required to apply for a MPDES MTR100000 General Stormwater Permit for Construction Activity. The permit is effective Jan 1, 2023 and expires Dec 31, 2027.
