WOR0101 Oregon 1200C Permit Overview

Construction activity that disturbs an acre or more, or is part of a larger common plan of development, is required to apply for a 1200C/1200CN General Stormwater Permit for Construction Activity. The permit is effective Dec 15, 2020 and expires Dec 14, 2025.
